04/08/13 - Camping and Jam Night at Shushwap Lake
Ayren's family owns a lot on the shore of the big Shushwap Lake, and every summer they hold a large get-together and jam night on the property. This yeah, both Matt and I came along for the weekend as well (and Jim showed up a little later, too), and Modern Republic played a set on their really cool outdoor, lake-view 'stage'. It was a lot of fun!
Unfortunately I didn't take a whole lot of pictures. One of the coolest things we did all weekend -- of which I didn't get any pictures -- was to go 4x4-ing in Jim's little Suzuki Samurai; through logging roads, Hydro access roads, ATV trails, and dried-up creek beds.
