03/08/08 - Wizard World Comic Convention, Chicago 2003

wizard world chicago (actually in the city of rosemont)...i've wanted to go for quite some time, chicago and san diego are the biggest cons of the year, yet i had never been to either of them

even though san diego is closer (and would be a great road trip, if any of my driving friends were into comics), chicago is where more penciljackers were headed, and that was at least half the reason i wanted to go

anyways, i met up with a lot of cool people that i'd only known online and through the comics they've worked on and had a blast...i only wish the con was longer, because i didn't even see half of what was there (and i didn't really get many pictures taken either, oh well)
